Who it suits
Extended families and groups of friends
The villa is only let in its entirety, for up to nine guests. People come here together and for a while: a birthday, a reunion, a week in January when it is twenty degrees.
—The whole villaExclusive use, never shared. Nine guests maximum, seven adults and two children.
—Minimum stayThree nights, all year round. A week is the most common stay, and the one people enjoy most.
—Arrival & departureAt your convenience, subject to the villa's availability. Late arrivals are arranged by the concierge.
—Included in the stayThe villa and its grounds, the pool, the pétanque court, the gardens, the welcome on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels, water and electricity, internet.
—On requestPrivate chef, hammam, massages, yoga, transfers, car, babysitting, excursions. Charged separately, arranged in advance.
—RatesOn request, depending on the season and length of stay. Write to us and we reply within 24 hours with a detailed proposal.

Everything worth knowing before you book
How many people can the villa sleep?
Villa Nausikaa sleeps up to nine guests, seven adults and two children. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one bedroom fitted out for children with bunk beds.
Is the whole villa let to one party?
Yes. The house is let exclusively in its entirety: the 420 sqm, the garden, the palm grove and the twenty-metre pool are all private. There is no overlook and no neighbour.
How far is Essaouira?
The centre of Essaouira and its UNESCO-listed medina are a fifteen-minute drive away. Essaouira-Mogador airport is twenty minutes away.
Is the pool private?
The 20-metre infinity pool is entirely private, with no overlook. It is not heated.
Can we have a private chef?
Yes. Our chef can come on request and cook in the open kitchen, for breakfasts, lunches in the sun or dinners at the long table, which seats around ten.
What does the concierge service offer?
On request: airport transfers, a car at your disposal, a private chef, hammam, massages, yoga, surfing at Sidi Kaouki, horse rides on the beach, quad biking, days out in Marrakech, babysitting and restaurant bookings. One contact remains reachable every day.
Can the villa be hired for a photo shoot or a film?
Yes. The house is also available as a location for photo and video productions: fashion campaigns, editorials, catalogues and brand films. Scouting and logistics are arranged by the concierge.
